Returned items should be:
● Unworn and unused
● In original condition
● Returned with all original tags and packaging
The following items cannot be returned:
● Custom or personalised items
● Gift cards
● Bespoke Designs/commissions
● Earrings
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Once your return has been received, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
