AFRIKA ROCKS - Made in Kenya

As we step into a new year, we’re proud to start the year by spotlighting something very close to our hearts.

Our AFRIKA ROCKS collection, handcrafted in Kenya, is a joyful and playful celebration of Africa’s unity, diversity, and creativity.

The collection features pieces that explore and reimagine the shape and outline of the African continent; bold, expressive forms that honour both our shared roots and our many stories. Each design carries pride, movement, and meaning, inviting the wearer to connect with Africa not just as a place, but as a living, creative force.

AFRIKA ROCKS is jewellery with soul - made to be worn, shared, and celebrated.

Celebrating Our Kenya Team

At the heart of AFRIKA ROCKS is our Kenya-based team - talented artisans, trainees, and makers whose skill, dedication, and creativity bring every piece to life.

This collection plays a vital role in economic empowerment, supporting youth and craftspeople through meaningful work, skills development, and access to global markets.

By adding value to African gemstones at source, AFRIKA ROCKS helps ensure that creativity, income, and opportunity stay within the communities where these stories begin.

Looking Back: A Year at MasterPeace Academy

As we begin this new chapter, we also take a moment to reflect on the year behind us - a year filled with growth, connection, and creativity across continents.

Over the past year, we:

  • Celebrated graduations in Kenya, marking important milestones for our trainees
  • Showcased our work internationally at Gem Genève
  • Completed our final Level 3 Diploma in Jewellery Design & Manufacturing in the UK
  • Launched AFRIKA ROCKS at Village Market in Nairobi
  • Exhibited at Art in the Open and other cultural festivals in Kenya
  • Took part in Stories Aglow: Stories of the Quarter at Birmingham Museum
  • Welcomed judges during Birmingham’s recognition as an International Craft City
  • Strengthened our workshops, teams, and community through collaboration and shared purpose

Each moment, big or small, has been shaped by the people who believe in this work.

Thank You for Being Part of the Journey

As we move forward into 2026, we do so with deep gratitude for your continued support.

Whether you’ve worn our jewellery, shared our story, sponsored a trainee, visited an exhibition, or simply followed along - you are part of the MasterPeace family.

We look forward to another year of making jewellery, changing lives, and building creative futures together.
